The stabilizer link (also known as the sway bar or anti-roll bar link) plays a pivotal role in maintaining vehicle balance during cornering and reducing body roll. Lokkraft provides a range of high-performance stabilizer links engineered to restore “factory-fresh” handling and ensure maximum passenger safety for the global automotive aftermarket.
Our stabilizer links are constructed from 42CrMo alloy steel, featuring a double heat-treated ball stud that offers exceptional tensile strength and fatigue resistance. This ensures the component can handle high-frequency oscillations without deformation. To guarantee durability in extreme climates, each stud is finished with a specialized anti-corrosion coating, protecting the joint against road salt, moisture, and chemical oxidation.
To maintain permanent lubrication, we utilize premium imported grease paired with high-grade Neoprene sealed boots. These boots are secured by heavy-duty steel lock rings in our signature PMS 158 C orange, creating an airtight barrier against road grit and water. This robust sealing technology, combined with our precision engineering, eliminates common suspension noises and provides a silent, smooth driving experience.

Stablizer Link FAQ
What materials are used for the ball studs and housings to ensure durability?
Quality is our priority. We use 40Cr or 45# high-carbon steel for the ball studs, which undergo high-frequency quenching to achieve a surface hardness of 50-60 HRC. The housings are typically made of cold-forged steel or reinforced synthetic resin (for specific lightweight models) to resist deformation and ensure a service life of over 50,000–100,000 km depending on road conditions.
How do you ensure the rubber dust boots won't crack in extreme temperatures?
We use high-grade Chloroprene Rubber (CR) or TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) for our dust covers. These materials are tested to withstand temperatures from -40°C to 120°C and are highly resistant to ozone, oil, and road salt. We also use premium lithium-based grease inside to maintain lubrication in all climates.
What is your policy on Pair Replacement and kit packaging?
Since stabilizer links usually wear out at a similar rate, we highly recommend and support pair packaging (Left + Right). We can provide customized "Axle Sets" in branded boxes, including all necessary hardware like nyloc nuts or flange nuts, to simplify the installation process for the end-user.
Do your stabilizer links meet OEM specifications for fitment and articulation angles?
Yes, all our products are manufactured to 1:1 OEM dimensions. We strictly control the swing torque and articulation angles to ensure they match the original vehicle’s suspension geometry. This prevents "knocking" noises and ensures the sway bar operates smoothly without pre-loading the ball joint.
Are the stabilizer links treated for corrosion resistance (Salt Spray Test)?
Absolutely. All metal components receive a high-performance surface treatment, such as Electrophoretic Coating (E-coating) or Zinc plating. Our parts are tested to pass a 72 to 240-hour Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) test, ensuring they remain rust-free even in snowy regions where road salt is frequently used.
