FAQs

We utilize state-of-the-art 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to reverse-engineer and verify every dimension against OE samples. Each control arm and tie rod is manufactured to strict tolerances, ensuring a perfect "bolt-on" installation. We provide cross-reference numbers for major brands to guarantee 100% compatibility for your specific market needs.

Our bushings and dust covers are made from high-density Neoprene or Natural Rubber, which remains flexible from -40°C to 120°C. They are tested for ozone resistance and fatigue life (typically over 1 million cycles). This ensures the suspension remains quiet (reduced NVH) and the ball joints stay protected from road salt and debris in both arctic and tropical climates.

Yes, we specialize in supporting Private Label brands. We offer laser-etched logo services on the metal bodies and customized color-box packaging based on your brand guidelines. We also have a low MOQ for customized "Performance Series" products, such as adjustable control arms or color-specific coatings (e.g., PMS 158 C).

Safety is our priority. We use high-grade materials such as 6082-T6 Aluminum for forged arms and 42CrMo alloy steel for ball studs. Our components undergo rigorous double heat treatment (induction hardening) to achieve a hard wear-resistant surface and a tough, shock-absorbing core, preventing brittle fractures under extreme road stress.

Absolutely. Our facility is ISO/IATF 16949 certified, the gold standard for the automotive industry. Every batch undergoes a battery of tests, including tensile strength tests, salt spray tests (up to 500 hours) for corrosion resistance, and ball joint pull-out strength tests to ensure they meet or exceed international safety standards.

We offer a 12-month warranty (whichever comes first) on all chassis components. In the rare event of a quality issue, we require photos/videos and the batch number for our technical team to analyze. Once verified, we provide free replacements in your next shipment or a credit note to ensure your local reputation remains untarnished.
