At the core of vehicle safety and ride quality lies a high-performance damping system. Lokkraft offers a comprehensive portfolio of suspension solutions, including Complete Strut Assemblies, Heavy-Duty Shock Absorbers, and Advanced Air Springs, all precision-engineered to meet or exceed Tier-1 OE standards.
For technicians seeking efficiency, our Complete Strut Assemblies provide a “ready-to-install” solution. By integrating premium coil springs, mounts, and hardware, we eliminate the need for specialized tools, ensuring a perfect bolt-on fit and immediate restoration of stability. For heavy-duty and towing requirements, our Air Shocks and Air Springs feature dynamic load-leveling technology. With multi-layer sealing and reinforced air bags, these units prevent rear-end sag and maintain precise steering geometry under variable loads.
Every component in our range is built with high-strength, heat-treated piston rods and finished with corrosion-resistant coatings to ensure an extended service life in harsh environments. By utilizing premium imported grease and precision-machined valving, Lokkraft dampeners effectively eliminate road noise and vibration (NVH).

Shock Absorber FAQ
Are your complete strut assemblies 100% bolt-on, and do they require a spring compressor for installation?
Our Complete Strut Assemblies are designed as fully integrated units that are 100% ready for direct installation. They include the strut, coil spring, mount, and hardware, meaning no spring compressor or special tools are required. This ensures a safer, faster, and more cost-effective replacement process for technicians and DIYers alike.
How do you guarantee the air-tightness of your Air Shocks and Air Springs over long-term use?
For our Air Suspension line, we utilize multi-layer reinforced rubber (neoprene/natural rubber blend) and heavy-duty steel crimping rings. Every unit undergoes a 24-hour high-pressure leak test before leaving the factory. Our advanced sealing technology ensures the air springs maintain consistent pressure and prevent "rear-end sag" even under extreme temperature fluctuations and heavy loads.
How do you pack Complete Strut Assemblies to prevent damage during international shipping?
Given the weight and size of Strut Assemblies, we use reinforced double-wall corrugated cartons with customized internal foam molding or honeycomb cardboard inserts. This prevents the heavy coil springs from shifting and protects the threaded studs from damage during transit. For bulk orders, we utilize plastic-wrapped pallets with corner protectors to ensure zero-defect delivery to your warehouse.
What specific materials and heat treatment processes are used for the piston rods?
We use high-strength 42CrMo or carbon steel for our piston rods, which undergo a rigorous induction hardening and micro-polishing process. This ensures a mirror-finish surface (Ra ≤ 0.02μm) and optimal core toughness. This treatment significantly reduces friction and prevents oil seal wear, ensuring the shocks can withstand high-frequency oscillations without bending or snapping.
Are your products engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment and damping force?
Yes. All of our products are manufactured to ISO/IATF 16949 standards. We perform damping force testing (at various speeds) to ensure the valving profiles match or exceed the original equipment's performance. This guarantees that the vehicle’s steering geometry, braking distance, and ride comfort remain identical to the factory settings.
